For a perfect crust and a juicy interior, we recommend pan-searing in a cast-iron skillet or grilling over open flame.</p><p> </p><p>RECIPE SUGGESTION: Cast-Iron Seared Ribeye with Garlic Herb Butter</p><ol><li>Remove steak from refrigerator 45 minutes before cooking and season generously with coarse salt and freshly cracked black pepper on both sides.</li><li>2. Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat until smoking. Add 1 tablespoon of high-smoke-point oil (avocado or grapeseed).</li><li>3. Sear the ribeye for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (internal temp 130°F). Do not move the steak while searing.</li><li>4. In the last minute, add 2 tablespoons of butter, 3 crushed garlic cloves, and a few sprigs of fresh rosemary and thyme. Baste the steak with the melted herb butter.</li><li>5.
