Grand Valley Micro Farms is a microgreens agribusiness in Grand Junction, Colorado's Business Incubator Center. Brothers and Air Force veterans Phil and Nate Strouse created this indoor, vertical farm operation in 2021 to produce a variety of crisp, quality microgreens to further enhance the flavor, freshness, and nutrition of Western Slope cuisine.
